About Sheesha

Sheesha Finance is a multichain incubator that strives to elevate early-stage crypto projects across all verticals, including GameFi, Metaverse, NFT, DeFi and infrastructure. We support projects in various capacities through every stage of their lifecycle.

Established in 2021, we have grown exponentially to a global team of over 40, with more than 60 project partners in our portfolio in addition to a comprehensive list of strategic partners across the ecosystem, including investors, launchpads, exchanges, and tech services and more.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Communications team to ensure a consistent message across official channels

• Interact with the community to increase positive engagement

• Answer all the questions coming from community members.

• Refer community members to other team members if necessary

• Keep up to date and informed about company-wide communications

• Relay important messages to the community as instructed by the Communications team

• Relay feedback from the community as a community advocate

• Address both conceptual and troubleshooting questions from community members

• Forward marketing and partnership requests coming through social media channels

• Create meaningful engagement within the community by coming up with innovative ideas

• Foster a friendly and supportive environment on Slack, Telegram, and other project forums

• Attend weekly CM meetings with the Community Moderator Lead

• Spread awareness for public announcements on your social media e.g. Retweet and Like on Twitter, Upvote on Reddit

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the crypto/Defi ecosystem, strong Twitter or Reddit game, confident and professional tone
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Ability to work well independently and as a member of a highly integrated and diverse team
• Previous experience in similar roles within the blockchain space
• Minimum 1-year experience in telegram community management,
  crypto and crypto trading knowledge
• Excellent English written communication skills
