Hanser's Towing, Recovery, & Remediation Network is looking for an energetic customer service-oriented person to fill two Dispatch Communication Specialist positions.

We are currently seeking dispatchers to fill the following positions:
Full Time- Monday-Friday 12PM-8PM
Part Time- Saturday-Sunday 8AM-6PM

The right candidate will possess the following abilities and skills:

• Communicate with customers and fellow employees via phone, email, towing software, or in-person in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maneuver multiple computer programs to enter new calls, dispatch drivers, and invoice customers.
• Detail oriented and professional while entering, completing, and communicating with customers and accounts.
• Successfully navigate a multi-line phone system and two-way radio.
• Working independently and as a team.
• Troubleshoot problems using own resources and seeing problem through to end result.

Dispatch, customer service, and bookkeeping experience preferred.

This position starts at $18/hr.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Typing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
