The Communications Coordinator is responsible for internal and external branding including: messaging through social media, video, the website and graphic design. The goal is to tell the genuine story of Eagle Village with data that reinforces the outcomes. Solid writing skills and grammar are basic to this position. Interpreting web and survey analytics to form strategies is an expectation. Developing partnerships with staff to understand the work and be aware of successful progress is important. It is also necessary to connect with external designers, printers and mail houses to produce quality pieces and meet deadlines. The Communications Coordinator is an Advancement Team member who makes teamwork, collaboration and quality results a daily priority. Is able to track projects and independently work to meet deadlines. Participates in Advancement outreach, projects and events.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or communications with relevant job experience. Word, Excel, database training, and website experience required. Must have excellent communication and writing skills. Prior experience in marketing or communications is expected. Evidence of applicant being a self-starter who is creative, motivated, accurate, dependable, and possesses organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks will be the successful candidate.
