Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator is the vital link between the project, sub-contractors and the Project Manager (PM). We are seeking a passionate individual that is detail oriented with strong time management skills and possesses the ability to effectively collaborate with numerous members of the team assisting our Project Manager with the system and administrative tasks required to keep projects current and accurate within the company enterprise resource planning system, RFMS (Resource and Financial Management Systems').
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with ERP system operations - entering new contracts, changing orders & entering labor schedule
- Assist project managers with material purchases, schedule and delivery
- Verify delivery of materials and will create receiving documents in ERP system
- Ensure that all sub-contractor payroll is in the system
- Order and follow up on rental equipment, hotel reservations etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (minimum), secondary education preferred
- Experience in the flooring industry and knowledge of flooring materials
- Strong communication, both oral and written
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and strong time management
- Experience with ERP systems, (RFMS) & knowledge with contracts is preferred
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is preferred
