RAMCON Roofing is a top-tier commercial roofing contractor based in Tampa, specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial roofing projects throughout the state of Florida. Duties:

· Develop and manage bids/proposals throughout the sale cycle

· Review project drawings and specifications

· Effectively communicate estimating scopes & plans

· Complete project estimates, budgets, proposals, take-offs, etc.

· Create & manage pre-construction submittal packages

· Create & manage materials purchases and project work orders

· Work closely with a team to manage the project to success

Requirements:

· Preferred experience in commercial construction, construction estimation, reading plans/blueprints and specifications, submittal preparation

· Commercial roofing experience is required

· Experience in Sales or Sales-related field

· Experience in Estimating or Project Management

· Be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and possess a valid driver’s license

· Dry sense of humor

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
