Eligible candidates must have solid pretrial skills, including conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, and significant experience preparing legal pleadings, motions and statements.

Minimum Qualifications of the Commercial Litigation Attorney

• 6+ years of civil litigation experience, ability to work with little supervision
• Prior private practice experience at a full-service corporate law firm
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
• Outstanding references
