JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties

  • Meet with stakeholders to build rapport, establish lines of communication
  • Process and address new warranty concerns as directed by the Warranty Manager
  • Coordinate inspections/repairs with subcontractors and field representatives.
  • Complete customer care service requests in a timely manner as outlined by department guidelines.
  • Same-day follow-up on all trade contractors completing service requests to ensure that all issues are addressed and quality repairs are made as required.
  • Maintain files documenting all on-site warranty activities.
  • Route copies of all backup documentation to the appropriate parties.
  • Identify recurring warranty concerns and work with construction team members and trade contractors to eliminate or minimize them.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of construction/carpentry experience
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must possess strong communication skills and proven problem-solving and organization skills.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent organization skills, quick learner, result oriented, attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills required. Team player with customer focus and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
