POSITION OBJECTIVE
As a Commercial Account Executive, you are the tip of the spear for Telecontacto’s organizational growth. Leading new relationship sales, you are responsible for bringing on new client logos. This will include identifying prospective clients, planning and executing outreach campaigns, conducting discovery meetings, aligning capabilities, and closing new business. You are responsible for taking a prospective client and ensuring the project execution team has the insights necessary to meet and exceed client expectations. You will plug in at pivotal moments throughout new client projects to ensure a smooth transition. This is a hunting role where leaving no stone unturned, leveraging a client-first consultative sales approach, building value-driven relationships, and maintaining the ability to prioritize/organize effectively is imperative. The growth potential is truly uncapped, as are your commissions!
CRITICAL SUCCESS BEHAVIORS
· Hungry and driven to seek out your next new client opportunity constantly on Answering Service and Contact Center programs.
· Natural curiosity to understand what challenges prospective clients are experiencing that our services can rectify
· Work closely with clients to analyze how their business is working today and how it could be improved for tomorrow
· Partner with your internal subject matter experts on sales cycles to lend their expertise while driving the sales cycle
· Display an exceptional ability to take initiative and ownership while focusing on continuous improvement
· Demonstrate consistent organization and prioritization skills
· Be able to drive sales opportunities to close while continuing to drive top-of-the-pipeline opportunities
· True self-starter who does not need to be micro-managed and will stay driven even in rough spots
· Lifeline learner willing to learn the contact center industry and become a self-styled subject matter expert quickly
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate would typically have
· 4 or more years of Call Center or Consultative sales experience
· Strong executive presence and communication skills, both verbal and written
· A solid network able to be leveraged
· Contact center experience required
