Collections Specialist:

The Collections Specialist will work to resolve past due balances by contacting customers and working with internal departments.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Make outbound collection calls to past due customers to collect payments and discuss account activity.

· Maintain and notate all appropriate information and documentation on customers account status.

· Work to achieve monthly collection goals.

· Work with internal departments to resolve payment or accounting issues.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Minimum of 1 year of collections, customer service, or sales preferred.

· Excellent customer service and phone skills.

· Strong written communication skills.

· Detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to problem-solve and adapt to change.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
