Morrison Mahoney LLP seeks a Collections Specialist for its Boston, Massachusetts office.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis/reconciliation of detail transactions.
  • Deductible letters/e-mails.
  • Monthly client reports for collection and follow-up.
  • Responsible for the control, monitoring and collection of accounts receivables that have been assigned.
  • Weekly reminder statements and letters.
  • Working closely with attorneys and clients.
  • Working heavily with electronic billing websites.
  • Working with attorneys on appeals of deductions.

The ideal candidate will possess over 2 years of accounts receivable experience. This position works closely with attorneys and clients via correspondence, electronic mail, telephone, and websites to expedite payment.

Qualifications:

  • 2 plus years of accounts receivable experience.
  • Ability to follow assigned projects through to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Office 2013, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Be a well-organized self-starter.
  • Experience with Elite Enterprise and ARCS is a plus.

Salary: $50K
