Hourly Rate: $18 per hour plus full benefits

The Collections Specialist is responsible for collecting accounts receivable balance through monthly processes in place. This includes contacting clients to collect money owed or negotiating a payment plan to collect, maintaining records of contacts and efforts to contact, resolving billing complaints/issues, providing thorough and accurate documentation to clients, and submitting status reports on collections. The person in this role will also research duplicate and unapplied payments for proper application or refund.
An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
Our ideal candidate is able to multitask, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, has great analytical and problem solving skills, is very organized and detailed, exhibits patience and has stress management skills.
