Agility 360 is searching for a qualified, energetic, and highly skilled Collections Manager for a client in Flower Mound, TX area. The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience required in Leadership/Management role
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass a drug screen, criminal and credit background checks
• 3+ years previous collections experience
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• High level of integrity.

Job Duties

• Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections team
• Monitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met
• Recommend and implement process improvements when needed
• Working with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives
• Conduct account audits and communicates results to team members
• Facilitate escalation resolutions with the Client's customers and team members
• Resolve employee issues where necessary
• Facilitate scheduling to ensure proper coverage
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Details

• Position based in Flower Mound, TX (in-office)
• Salary Range $60,000 to $65,000
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends
