Do you have a desire to help patients get the care they need? Logan Regional Medical Center is seeking a Collection Specialist to support our billing and collection efforts. This employee will mainly be working with insurance companies to help get patient’s claims paid, working with aging insurance reports, and explanation of benefits to these companies. This is a great position for someone who is passionate about helping others. This position is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with some flexibility and no weekends or holidays.

Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current knowledge of federal, state, and third party billing regulations preferred.
- Computer experience in related software preferred.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Some training is provided. Seeking a quick learner with excellent communication and follow-up skills with a desire to help patients.
