Position Overview:
The Coaching Enrollment Representative will support our current coaching and enrollment team in filtering through applications and interest for the Decide & Conquer Bootcamp (DCB), our premier group coaching program, and our 1:1 coaching programs. As the volume of applications continues to rise, our team is expanding to address the amount of interest in this program and ensure that the right participants are enrolled into this transformational experience that runs 3-4 times annually.
With a background in sales or transformational enrollment, the ideal candidate will apply their sharp skills and passion for our work to improve our enrollment process by nurturing leads, conducting enrollment/admissions conversations with each one via Zoom, and qualifying them for the program if they are a good fit, and processing their acceptance and admission once complete. An integral component of this role is collaborating with the marketing team on improving the content and messaging to speak directly to the incredibly transformational and one-of-a-kind experience that our clients have had in DCB since its inception 4 years ago.

Responsibility Overview:
Enrollment and Sales process
- Manage our sales tracker, providing daily updates of applications, stats and sales information to the team
- Acquire expertise in all of our programs and offerings to direct leads to the appropriate resources to meet their needs
- Create and present comprehensive enrollment hindsight reports to address any issues or setbacks to improve for the future
- Co-ownership of the sales process and making sure all goals and initiatives are being met
- Implementing strategies to achieve target goals for Risely while maintaining client satisfaction and an unparalleled experience
- Continuously be looking ahead to be able to project where we will end months/quarters
- Constant learning and commitment to sharpening your skillset
Marketing support
- Learning the life cycle of the client and helping to improve email sequences to create warmer leads
- Working with the content team to appropriately nurture all applicants in between launches
- Conveying messaging pain points and trends to the content team for launch runways
Job Details:
*Contractor position 15 hours per week minimum
*Must live inside the U.S

*Two years minimum experience in sales and marketing role
