SOCCER SHOTS COUS:

Soccer Shots COUS (COUS) was established in 2010. COUS covers the regions of DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Nashville, TN. Soccer Shots DMV stretches from Harford Co, MD to Prince William Co, VA. Soccer Shots DMV offices are located in Laurel, MD, and Fairfax, VA. Soccer Shots Tennessee covers North and South Nashville. COUS works closely with Soccer Shots Franchising National Headquarters in Middletown, PA.

REPORTS TO: Coaching Manager

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To assist in the management of coaches and all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots. This role will be asked to assist in the following functions:

Salary: $40,000 per year based on experience

Coaching, Training, and Staff Leadership:

● Manage and develop training process for all new coaches

● Responsible for efficient of on-boarding of newly hired coaches

● Coordinate with Recruiting team on staffing needs and organize recruiting events

● Create the schedule and execution of seasonal evaluations on all coaches

● Coordinate staffing for cancellations and reschedules

● Preparation of seasonal coaches meetings

● Coach up to 18 sessions per week depending on business needs

● Update the calendar with interviews, observations, and trainings as scheduled

● Ensure master coaching schedule is updated

● Management/supervision of full-time staff, coaches, and/or interns

● Improve NPS scores and share results with coaches

● Responsible for weekly communication with coaches

Administration:

● Ensure coaches complete attendance weekly

● Maintaining coaches equipment and prize inventory

● Responsible for distributing prizes and certificates to coaches

WORKING HOURS/LOCATION/SCHEDULE:

The job description above is a full-time, exempt position requiring a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. Your weekly agenda and schedule will be assigned by your supervisor. Many Soccer Shots programs run weeknights & weekends. Majority of our programs are on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and you will be required to work on those days.

You will be expected to work out of our office in Laurel, MD as well as travel to partner sites in your territory. A company car and full benefits are additional to the base compensation for the role.

For Soccer Shots to be the best run, most popular, and most successful program offered in DC/MD/VA

For Soccer Shots to have a reputation of excellence. An objective measure of each territory’s reputation for quality will be learned in the Net Promoter Score survey conducted at the end of each season

To be a Top 10% franchise in participant registration and revenue (in category) and per capita rating and to meet and exceed seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals

COMPANY EXPECTATIONS:

Prompt, reliable, and professional communication—responds immediately to customers (parents, directors, staff), and always responds to supervisor and other Soccer Shots support staff within 24 hours

Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual timelines and deadlines. Develop systems to stay organized, keep good records, and be efficient with your time

Meet seasonal performance goals. Go above and beyond company expectations to sell, promote and market our program prior to each season

Provide excellent customer service by communicating through newsletters to parents, and phone calls/visits with center directors

Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity

Assist in Hiring, training, and managing a staff of coaches who will uphold a standard of excellence and create a positive reputation for Soccer Shots

COMMITMENTS:
