Dorian Tool
Hiring: CNC Machinist, Lathe, and Milling
Location: East Bernard, TX

This position machines precision metal works tool parts according to drawing specifications with minimal supervision. Helps drive manufacturing productivity and profitability by working with high accuracy.

• Program CNC Lathes and Mills including Mori Seiki, Makino and Doosan Machines and FANUC/Siemens controls
• Must know how to set-up a 4th & 5th Axis, on CNC Mill
• Tooling setup sheets, program setup sheets.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Experience in using precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge how to do inspect own production.
• Must have strong ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Follow all company safety protocols, maintain work area to standards.

Machinist Education and Work Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 5 years related experience and/or technical training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Has own machinist tools,
• Experience with Mori Seki, Makino and Doosan Machines and FANUC/Siemens controls a plus
