Doosan Horizontal Milling center:
Setting up and machining on horizontal CNC machinist and knowledgeable in reading (G-code and M-code) and editing programs and experienced in various machinist measuring tools like, calipers, Vernier's, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators etc... Blueprint reading is a must have skill for all machinists
Okuma vertical Mill:
Experience in machining on a vertical CNC mill and knowledgeable in reading and simple editing programs and experienced in various machinist measuring tools like, calipers, Vernier's, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators etc... Blueprint reading is a must have skill for all machinists
CNC Miltronics Lathe (shafting):
W&S 2 SC CNC Lathe and 266/283 CNC Lathe
Experience in set ups and machining on a 2Axis CNC Lathe with live tooling and knowledgeable in reading and editing simple CNC programs and experienced in various machinist measuring tools like, calipers, verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators etc... Blueprint reading is a must have skill for all machinists
Engine Lathe section:
Experience in conventional machining with most of his experience on Conventional Lathe machining candidate must be able to machine tight tolerance parts holding up to a .0005 is required on certain jobs. Single point machining is a must have skill in this department. Experienced in various machinist measuring tools like, calipers, verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators etc... Blueprint reading is a must have skill for all machinists
Manual Shafting:
Experience in machining on a conventional Mill. Conventional Mill machining candidate must be able to machine tight tolerance parts holding up to a .002 is required on certain jobs. Experienced in various machinist measuring tools like, calipers, verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators etc... Blueprint reading is a must have skill for all machinists
First and second shifts available!
