Hospice Agency with more than 12 years of experience serving families in the Rio Grande Valley is in search of a Hospice Aide/CNA to provide compassionate end of life care at home.

Responsibilities.
- Assist patients with their activities of daily living.
- Assist a patient’s family members in caring for their terminally ill relative by instructing them on how to go about performing basic health-care routines.
- Notify nurse of any changes in patient’s physical or emotional needs.
- Documents according to Agency documentation guidelines and standards.
Qualifications.
- Current state certification as a nurse assistant
- Minimum of 6-month experience in a Home Health Setting
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state of Texas.
