Sign-On Bonus available! Luther Haven is currently seeking CNAs interested in working at our campus. Certified Nursing Assistants will be responsible for providing assistance with activities for daily living (ADL) and restorative care to residents in a skilled nursing home setting. This includes assisting with eating, bathing, grooming, transferring, toileting, checking vitals, answering call lights, and providing cares as directed. Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • Must be able to communicate well with residents, family, and other staff.
  • Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
  • Document services performed on computerized charting systems.
  • Working with older adults and those with special needs while maintaining good customer service, patience, and compassion.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and requires moderate to heavy lifting, bending, and pushing.
  • Ability to read and follow directions.
  • Ability to multiple task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
  • Must be able to complete and pass a background check.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 OR request and be approved for an exemption.

Shift:
Evening (2pm – 10:30pm) – Both full-time and part-time openings
Nights (10:30pm – 7:00am) - Both full-time and part-time openings

Includes every other weekend and a rotation for holidays.
$2.00/hour evening shift differential.
$3.00/hour night shift differential.

Sign-On Bonus:
Full-time (64 - 80 hours per pay period)
$1,200 total
$100/month for 12 months

Part-time (16-56 hours per pay period)
$600 total
$50/month for 12 months
