Good technical skills with Azure, SQL, and M365

Good communication skills as the resource will be responsible for communicating with various member firms

Medium experience resource (8-12 years experience)

A development background is nice to have

Any prior experience with EA (Enterprise Architecture) tools or APM (Application Portfolio Management) tools is nice to have

The resource will play a support role and will help with the installation and configuration of the APM service

server 365 is the tool that will be installed and configured. Prior experience with this tool is nice to have but not a must. The resource shall be willing to learn and develop expertise in this tool over a period of time.

Technical Skills.

• Practical understanding of Azure and M365 services is a must

• Understanding of Azure and M365 security, networking, identities, etc.

• Prior coding or development experience is a plus

• Microsoft Office skills (especially Visio and PowerPoint)

• Experience with data and synchronization tools, ETL, etc.

• Must have excellent skills in supporting and troubleshooting customers in a multi-cultural, international environment

Description of the level of Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent experience

• Experience with IT Architecture and working within organizations similar to CLIENT (international, services companies)

• Demonstrable ability to communicate from technical and business perspectives. Ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds

• Azure and M365 certifications or similar certifications or training is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $79,331.13 - $175,763.41 per year
