RVCC is looking for clinicians to join our Westfield team!
As one of the largest providers of mental health therapy in our region, River Valley Counseling Center offers a full-spectrum of care. Our clinicians offer high quality, outpatient family, group, and individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Our Westfield outpatient clinic is looking for therapists to join our team!
Our practice is continuing to grow, and we are always looking to add clinicians to our team!

Fee-for-service range is $35-$42/hour depending on experience and licensure.
The BONUSES:
$2,000 hiring bonus for bilingual clinicians
Up to $3,000 hiring bonus for licensed clinicians.
Additional retention payments given at signing and at one year of employment, up to $10,000
The Requirements:
You have a masters in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or other counseling fields eligible for state licensure.
You are hold an LCSW/LICSW/LMHC (preferred).
You have experience working or interning in clinical mental health care environments.
