Unity Point Health - Eyerly Ball is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our team serving children and adults. Therapists at Eyerly Ball inspire, challenge and change lives serving those in Des Moines, Indianola, Ames and Boone. LISWs may be eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus and loan reimbursement through HRSA (Health Resources Services Administration).

As a Clinical Therapist you will:

• Conduct initial evaluations and therapy services for children and adults including: individual, groups, couples, or family therapy, and treatment planning
• Formulate individualized treatment plans for and with each patient and track their progress
• Provide education/information to patients, families, and referral sources
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

To be considered you’ll need:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
• Current license as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Master's Level Social Worker (LMSW), LMFT, or LMHC in the State of Iowa
• Strong clinical engagement skills and the ability to show empathy

COVID 19 Vaccine and Flu Shot Requirements

The health and safety of our patients, communities and team members is at the center of everything we do. As such, UnityPoint Health, Eyerly Ball requires team members to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza. All newly hired team members must submit proof of receiving the influenza vaccine. They must also submit proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (two doses of Pfizer or Moderna, one dose of Johnson & Johnson), proof of their first vaccine dose with a second dose scheduled OR an approved exemption to begin work at UnityPoint Health, Eyerly Ball.
