Position: Private Duty Clinical Supervisor (Medical Assistant)

Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to lead a team of private duty home health caregivers and schedulers and profitably grow the private pay home care business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Other Duties May Be Assigned)

• Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of home health caregivers and schedulers
• Conduct employee trainings
• Make data-informed decisions that drive key performance indicators
• Some travel is required to shadow and train caregivers in the field
• Proficient in Microsoft outlook, excel and data entry

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-year supervisory experience required
• Medical Assistant or similar experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration or similar preferred
• Private duty healthcare experience preferred
• Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
