The Renfrew Center of Atlanta, GA has an opening for a full-time Clinical Site Director.

Position Responsibilities:

· Oversee clinical and administrative operations of outpatient clinic, consisting of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

· Partner with HR department to manage staffing needs, including hiring, performance evaluations, and terminations.

· Responsible for fiscal management of site’s expenses.

· Provide supervision and collaboration with clinical assessors to streamline admissions

· Oversee insurance review needs to ensure reimbursement for services provided

· Collaborate with Director of Quality & Compliance site’s needs.

· Ensure that clinical documentation requirements are met consistently by all staff.

· Provide assessment, direct care and support of patients and families as needed.

· Assess and address the ongoing clinical training needs of the staff.

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

- Master’s degree, PsyD or PhD in social services field required.

- Requires a valid GA license.

- A minimum of five years upper management experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare setting required.

- Experience working with individuals with eating disorders is preferred.

- A high degree of organizational, analytical and decision-making skills is required.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

- Clinical skills, preferably in behavioral medicine/arts and/or eating disorders are required.

- Knowledge of reimbursement issues, including knowledge of managed care environment preferred.

- Familiarity with managing budgets and P&L's is preferred.

- Competency in use of various computer applications including Microsoft Office and experience with electronic health records are preferred.

- Bilingual is a plus.

Hours:

- 40 hours per week, M-F, may require some evenings.
