Clinical Psychologist Psychologist for Whiteman Air Force Base in MO

509th Medical Group, Mental Health Clinic seeing Active Duty members

• Civilian Contractor, full-time
• M-F; 730am-430pm
• Can be licensed in any state

Mental Health Clinic Services offered to include:

• individual therapy
• couple’s therapy
• group therapy
• psychoeducational services
• psychodiagnostic evaluation
• commander and unit consultations
• emergency and crisis intervention
• intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs
• mental health outreach and prevention services.

Education: Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) in Clinical or Counseling psychology from an APA-accredited psychology program

Internship: Must have an APA approved internship

Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed Clinical Psychologist

License: Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice Psychology in any state

Core Duties:

• Practice within the guidelines of their state licensing board, American Psychological
• Association Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct, and MTF privileges.
• Conduct psychological evaluations utilizing information from clinical interviews,
• psychological testing, and collateral sources, as appropriate.
• Establish psychiatric diagnoses according to the American Psychiatric Association
• Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders.
• Provide psychological treatment for individuals and groups; help medical and surgical
• patients deal with illnesses or injuries.
• Assist in rehabilitation of patients

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $122,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
