Clinical Program Manager - Tulare County Supportive Housing
Job description
RH Community Builders seeks a Clinical Program Manager for our Tulare County Supportive Housing Program. The Clinical Program Manager will provide oversight to the program providing supportive services in home and on site to the Tulare County No Place Like Home housing programs.
Position Summary
The Program Manager directs and coordinates all daily operations with the collaboration of the Executive Team. Provide vision and leadership in long-range planning to ensure continuity of the program. Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress, and crisis situations through effective problem-solving and mediation skills. Oversee compliance to established budgets, policies, procedures, and guidelines. The Program Manager for Tulare County Housing Support Program will be responsible for providing onsite clinical services to clients and clinical direction to team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the Company are put into practice.
- Provide clinical assessment to individuals matched to housing programs
- Provide ongoing clinical services as needed to individuals in the program
- Provide clinical direction and support to staff including clinicians, case managers, and peers.
- Analyzes unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and personnel requirements,
- creates new systems or revises established procedures
- Interprets and communicates operating policies
- Coordinates collection and preparation of financial and operations reports
- Participates in interviewing job applicants and conducts orientation of new employees as needed
- Locates and compiles information; formats reports, graphs, tables, records and other sources of information
- Assists with special events planning
- Operates personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software
- Exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Current registration with California BBS as ASW, AMFT, APCC or LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with program management and compliance
- Understanding of Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing
