Salary Range: $62,978 - $90,180

Areas of Responsibility and Preferred Qualifications will include:

• Provide child specific staff training, maintain staff training database, and monitor performance to ensure the school staff is familiar with and can respond appropriately to the needs of students with chronic health conditions.
• Maintain systems to ensure that paraprofessionals and school staff providing child specific health procedures are properly trained and monitored.
• Participate in the assessment and evaluation of students with chronic health conditions and make recommendations to schools regarding the health needs of students.
• Participate in the development of the student’s Individualized Education Plan or 504 Plan.
• Follow Federal and State laws, as well as School Board policies.
