Salary Range $70,000 - $75,000 plus mileage PLUS a $2,000 Sign on Bonus

Nightingale Private Care (an Accordcare Company) is a licensed and nationally accredited private duty home health care agency. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer service-driven RN Clinical Manager for South Palm Beach County, who will share in our philosophy of providing quality patient care and outstanding client satisfaction.
This position will work in the field 60% of the time and in-office 40% of the time. Nightingale Private Care (an Accordcare Company) is an employee-friendly company. *What will my duties be?*

• Performs admissions, supervisory visits and orders DME for private duty home care clients. Time spent in the field is approximately 30%, with the balance in office
• Plans and implements measures to ensure the safety and welfare of clients in order to enhance the quality of their life
• Supervises all other Agency employees or contractors in the client’s home
• Notifies Administrator/DON promptly of any issues/concerns and provides suggestions to remediate concerns

• Establishes ongoing communication with the agency’s scheduling department to ensure all information and details are relayed in order to maintain total client satisfaction
• Maintains ongoing communication with client, family, patient care staff, sales team and referral sources on client status and all service offerings of the Agency.
• Participates in On-Call rotation and follows set protocols

What qualification do I need?

• Graduate of approved school of professional nursing, with State of FL license/RN

• Minimum of one year experience in home health case management required
• Solid decision-making abilities
• Compassionate professional with excellent communication skills with a priority to provide high caliber quality care
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Ability to welcome new business at all times and positively influence all team members
