The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager to join our Urology practice in NE Portland. This position will staff and manage the clinic’s front and back office. This will include managing a large staff (Mas, LPNs, and PSS’s) at multiple sites and overseeing the daily operations of all support staff for our physician team. The clinical manager is responsible for training standards throughout the clinics including development of protocols and training guides, assessment and implementation of new procedures, and monitoring of medical equipment, supply, and drug inventory. This position will also function as a primary liaison between clinic patients, staff, and Providers. As a manager, this position is responsible for providing superior leadership and excellent communication while demonstrating professionalism. This position works cooperatively with the clinic front and back-office supervisors to provide excellent patient and customer service. We are looking for a strong medical practice builder, and motivation with strong leadership and a passion for quality patient care. Must be compassionate, customer focused, with good listening skills to train and mentor others. Starting pay range, based on experience: $91,000 - $137,000 annually.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a large medical office setting, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory position.
  • Urology specialty knowledge is a definite plus and is preferred.
  • Proficiency in EMR and scheduling software, Centricity and Epic experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent job stability in prior positions.
  • Strong commitment to patient care.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
