We are currently seeking a skilled and talented Clinic Manager to join our team. Foundations for Change is a specialized mental health organization with outpatient clinics located in Arizona. This best-in-class therapy-focused office will be aimed at addressing the growing mental health needs of our community. Foundations for Change was founded by Mr. Jeff Edelman is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who is double board certified as a Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist.

About the Role

Duties will include the daily administrative operations of our clinic, implementing procedures to optimize patient care and managing the budget. You will also be required to hire and train staff members. To be successful in this role, you should exhibit exceptional managerial abilities, which would ultimately translate to excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members

• Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals

• Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed

• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity

• Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff

• Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals

• Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws

• Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.

• Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic

• Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic.

• Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.

• Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.

• Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.

• Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting

• 5+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
