Description: We are seeking an experienced clinic manager for WK North Laparoscopic Surgical Associates. Several years of experience managing a team of clinical and clerical staff is required. The candidate must have an extensive, working knowledge of medical billing, coding, accounts receivable and collections.
Surgical billing and coding experience is preferred. Professional communication skills are a necessity, as maintaining a good rapport with physicians, staff and administration is vital for success in this role. Applicants for this position need to have the ability to identify and implement ways to promote teamwork and encourage staff to provide the best patient care experience possible. Orientation to Willis-Knighton policies and protocol, as well as training on our practice management and EHR systems will be provided upon completion of the hiring process.
