The impact you'll have at Genesis:
This position will be responsible for maximizing existing client relationships, working with partners to increase current volumes, and work directly with the program management team to implement new initiatives for existing clients to support future growth. This individual will act as the primary relationship contact to a defined customer base, troubleshoot existing client issues, concerns and feedback and constantly work towards program enhancement and for all partners. The Client Services Manager will understand business needs, exceed client expectations, respond quickly and effectively to client requests, and work cross functionally with various departments to ensure programs are successful from launch to daily support.
Responsibilities:
As Our Client Success Manager you will:
- Act as the primary relationship contact of a large client base; respond effectively to client inquires, questions, issues and recognize trends across the partner groups.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, internally and externally, with all levels of the organization.
- Act as a lead in identifying areas of opportunity with existing clients to maximize potential client sales and account volumes.
- Identify client requirements and align capabilities with features of Genesis projects and initiatives.
- Work with extended team in Business Development and Program Management to define processes, procedures and program enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert of the Genesis Credit Portal and Retail Lending Platform systems, thoroughly understanding the underlying technologies and communicating those features to current and future clients.
- Develop subject matter expertise on tertiary lending platforms, understanding the costs/benefits of platform changes to the existing clients.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and engage the commitment of others.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and problem solve.
- Sense of urgency for goal achievement, with strong commitment to driving results.
- Ability to multitask and operate independently.
- Willingness to contribute in a high performing team environment.
- Ensure client satisfaction through periodic client meetings, monthly/quarterly/annual reviews, travel and discussions covering new initiatives and opportunities to expand the program.
- Experience with executive level presentations.
- Strong analytical sense with the ability to translate numbers and charts into teachable opportunities.
- Relentless commitment to quality, organization, effective communication and continuous improvement.
- Up to 25% travel required.

Qualifications:
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in client services, credit card industry, banking environment, or merchant services is preferred, but not required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Microsoft proficiency required: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Working knowledge of various types of Project Management Methodologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to design and document processes and accountabilities.
