Job Description Summary

As the Client Success Manager, you drive overall client satisfaction based on consistent delivery of an existing Imaging program at one of our largest NYC customers. Responsible for providing the client with an additional point of contact for all installation/construction needs, developing a strategy to ensure client retention and growth, working together with the commercial sales and service delivery teams, and coordinating cross-functional resources to better serve our customer.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Commercial

  • Work directly with the entire account community to serve the needs of our largest Imaging customer in the market

  • Develop strong relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to drive revenue growth and overall customer satisfaction

  • Learn from and leverage Region Modality Leaders as product business managers to master the product portfolio

Project Management

  • Act is the liaison between GE Healthcare (commercial, project management, service delivery) and the customer project teams (facilities, Director of Radiology, administration)

  • Create, maintain, and route formal project documentation to project teams and key stakeholders

  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets

Client Success

  • Owns the program management and implementation process for Imaging products, including but not limited to project planning and documentation, resource coordination, and issue resolution

  • Cross-functional coordination (GE and customer) to drive improved communication of post-sale process and decreased project timelines

  • Builds department and director relationships to act as additional point-of-contact during the planning and implementation phases to drive an improved overall experience for the customer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience

  • Project/program management or ownership and creation of new standard operating procedures with proven success building long-standing internal/external relationships

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment while managing to external and internal expectations

Desired Characteristics

  • Proven experience and success selling or servicing diagnostic imaging products including technical/clinical radiology product knowledge

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to installation teams, contractors, and internal/external resources

  • Proven success in communicating complex technical issues in a high-pressure environment to drive overall customer satisfaction
