The Client Services team is considered the liaison between Weatherby Sales teams, CHG Accounts Receivables and the CHG Credit team, to provide the best customer service to providers, clients and sales. This position will be a working manager role. Overall responsibilities to include leading a team of Client Services Specialists, resolving client disputes, researching client credit ratings, and handling cancellation and CBO fees. This position will handle a high volume of transactions where communication and organizational skills are essential. This role contributes to a positive culture that fosters continuous improvement. This role will report to the Director of Operations.
Your role::
  • Supervises and evaluates the performance of Client Services Specialists
  • Manages the daily workflow processes of the Client Services team and maintain hands-on knowledge
  • Facilitates resolution of client disputes and communicates with sales consultants and leadership regarding client concerns
  • Ensures that the Smartsheet client dispute resolution process is timely, accurate, and efficient
  • Continuously looks for and implements process improvement opportunities to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, in the most efficient manner
  • Supports the collections team with at risk accounts and communicates concerns to all levels of sales leadership until resolved
  • Works closely with executive leaders at the Sr Director and VP level to resolve high dollar disputes or past due accounts
  • Executes all cancelation requests
  • Partners with Sales and the CHG Credit Team to expedite credit checks
  • Collaborates with Payroll team on adjustments to provider pay
Your qualifications::
  • Exceptional leadership skills with servant leader attributes
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office software
  • Proven time management skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to independently collaborate and troubleshoot with sales leaders regarding areas of concern
  • 2-5 years’ experience managing support teams in the staffing or finance industry.
  • Undergraduate level business education training or equivalent experience
Preferred skills:
  • Customer service oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to articulate information and concepts
  • Ability to persuade, influence and educate others in a positive and professional manner
