Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Services
- Prepares and processes all forms necessary to establish new accounts
- Prepares and processes all forms necessary to service accounts
- Processes all transactions and account changes including, but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account changes. Includes submission, verification of receipt, proper posting, and timely completion
- Responds to client inquiries
- Establish new clients profile information in CRM system
- Updates client profile information in CRM system as needed
- Prepares client correspondence, client review reports and client review agendas
- Considerable amount of verification of client work performed
- Assists and attends client events to promote business as needed
Financial Planning
- Data input for financial plans utilizing various financial planning software
- Contacts prospects/clients directly for information needed for financial planning
Portfolio Investment
- Check/monitor trade orders including sell-stop orders
- Monitor available cash for automatic withdrawals through ClientWorks
- Creates and prepares Templates for client reports in ClientWorks, shares with TFS staff
General Office Duties
- Schedules meetings
- Sets up new prospect/client record, including adding information to ACT!
- Files, copies, faxes, scans
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required:
- Excellent computer/software skills: Word, Excel, Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) skills, i.e. (ACT!, Redtail), Profiles and Morningstar, Internet research are minimum skills required for this position
- Typing must be above 60 wpm
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
