Summary:

Priority Financial Group (PFG), a financial services firm, is looking for an experienced, professional, dynamic, energetic, and positive-minded individual to join our growing and expanding Wills & Trusts Team (Document Preparation Services through the Arizona Supreme Court) as a Client Service Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Estate planning education consultations. These consultations may take place in-person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting software (GoToMeeting, Teams or Zoom) depending on client preference.
  • Client information gathering meetings to collect all the specifics of their unique estate plan, may take place in-person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting software (GoToMeeting, Teams or Zoom) depending on client preference.
  • Review document drafts with clients. These reviews may take place virtually, over the phone, or in-person depending on client preference.
  • Final document execution and signing. These will take place in-person.
  • Administrative tasks: collecting payments, signing disclosures and questionnaires (in person and electronically).
  • Entering and maintaining company information (i.e. CRM, lead & sales tracking, estate plan case status, etc.)
  • Scheduling client meetings and efficient calendar management.
  • Handling of confidential client and company information.
  • Notary public services. (Willing to obtain, if not already commissioned)

Requirements

  • Completion of associate degree at minimum.
  • 2 years of experience in Financial Services or Estate Planning industry.
  • Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) Certification (preferred)
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel within the Phoenix Metropolitan area (75% travel).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Public speaking.
