Currently, we're seeking full time or part time Client Service Representatives (afternoon and evening availability preferred). Job Requirements/Skills/Physical Demands:

• Compassion for animals
• Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds
• Ability to handle the physical and emotional aspect of working in a veterinary clinic environment
• Demonstration of excellent critical thinking, problem solving, time management and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment within a team and independently

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with veterinarians and other team members to help maintain hospital flow
• Addresses incoming clients and answers phone calls in a timely manner with a courteous and professional attitude
• Schedules appointments in accordance with hospital policies
• Attends to clients' needs throughout their clinic visit
• Contacts clients as needed for appointment reminders and visit follow-ups
• Maintains a clean, orderly, and well stocked reception and front desk area
• Performs other duties as assigned
