A nationally recognized Image Consultant based in Cherry Creek North is seeking a mature, professional Assistant to join our fast-paced dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will be resourceful, responsible, high energy, service-oriented, simultaneously big picture and detail-oriented and a self-starter. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client scheduling, tracking and follow up
- Track order accuracy and completion
- Organize displays
- Various administrative & clerical tasks
- Assisting owner in day-to-day interactions and requests
- Illustrator & Photoshop
- Keep office equipment stocked and running
- Track inventory
- Customer service that WOWS!
- Assisting the stylist in wardrobe audits
- Pre-shopping with the stylist
- Returns
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Our ideal candidate must have a mature, strong work ethic and can tackle multiple projects and clients at once.
- Must make a great first impression. Our clients are very high end and expect pristine service and style that is a match for our brand.
- The assistant must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to constant change.
- Must be very computer literate (Mac is required) and have superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about organizing and being very detail-oriented is required.
- Mastery of social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) and experience building a following is very helpful.
- Creativity is important, and a passion for fashion and design would be great!
- Has sensitivity to the client’s energy and needs and can redirect things (get snacks, change the music, give them a compliment).
- Must be able to work from 10-5 M-F with occasional evenings.
