A great Client Service Associate candidate will have a minimum of 3 years applicable experience and:
· Has an eye for detail and passion for taking initiative to help clients.
· Thrives working independently and at a fast pace while juggling multiple priorities.
· Engages easily with a wide variety of people (clients, professionals, peers, employees) and believes in delivering superb client service every time.
· Demonstrates superior interpersonal skills and communicates well verbally and in writing.
· Excels at preparing FAs for meetings and handling paperwork, transactions and follow-up work.
· Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Identifies what needs to be fixed and recommends viable solutions.
· Desires to work in a high-performing and professional atmosphere committed to excellence and accountable for personal and team results.

· Has strong organizational and time management skills, consistently planning work well and meeting deadlines without missing details or compromising quality.
· Develops structures and processes for business operations tasks and creates or maintains systems that all team members can utilize successfully.
· Has experience with computer software such as Word™, Excel™, and Outlook™, and is comfortable and proficient quickly learning and mastering other computer-based tools.
· Has experience with financial planning software such as Naviplan™, Money Guide Pro™, eMoney™, Morningstar™, Tamarac™, and/or UGRU Financial.
· Is proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce™.
· Possesses FINRA registrations, such as Series 7 and 66. (This is a plus, but not required.)
As a Client Service Associate, you will provide financial planning support, client and administrative assistance, and business operations support to one or more FAs and their clients. You will operate with a high level of independence, demonstrate competence in all major areas of responsibility, and relentlessly help clients and coworkers reach their goals. Key duties include:
· Being your FAs’ and clients’ go-to for client service issues and requests. Providing excellent service to team members, clients, potential clients, and business partners face-to-face and via electronic means.
· Effectively managing calendars for assigned FAs, including client meetings and other appointments.
· Holding self and team accountable for future work promised to clients, team members, and others.
· Reviewing and researching the information, proposals and reports that are needed for meetings.
· Prioritizing and completing issues, paperwork, forms and transactions after client meetings.
· Ensuring clients’ accounts and transactions are implemented correctly and timely. Handling trades and money movement transactions.
· Creating best-in-class documentation on our clients and their transactions, questions and requests. Identifying and leading improvements to increase satisfaction and business results.
· Being knowledgeable of products and technology and complying with all rules and regulations of the firm, as well as the various regulatory agencies. Anticipating potential issues and or problems and alerting respective FA and/or management as necessary.
· Working with the FAs and Marketing Manager to supporting marketing and business development goals.
