We are looking for a well-rounded, experienced Client Service Representative to join the Client Services department of our growing company. Our firm has multiple brands and services to offer a large clientele base and we need a strong key player that thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our dynamic team. The Client Service Representative must work well under pressure, be detail oriented, be able to multitask and meet short deadlines, and exhibit excellent time management skills. Case Representatives must be able to learn quickly, have exceptional phone and writing skills, and stay laser focused on multiple projects at a time.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Escalated Files

· Responsible for Inbound / Outbound Calls

· Responsible for Inbound / Outbound Emails

· Document, Update and Maintain Clients’ Database

· Assisting with Daily Tasks

· Provide General Administrative Support

· Assist with Online Reputation Management

· Assist with Special Projects

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience with business or finance customer relationship management software as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook), or G-Suite required. High school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED is required. Prior employment experience must include a minimum of 2 years of business administration or customer/client service position dealing directly with clients and managing accounts. Project management and some legal experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
