Client Project Manager
Red Rover Promotions (redroverpromo.com) is growing and needs a great operational mind to grow along with us. We have a crazy fun business delighting our clients, and while every day is Funday, we need the perfect someone to join us and bring along their flexibility, detail orientation, and creative can-do attitude!
Here’s the deal:
- 15-25-ish hours/week –working remotely.
· Ideal availability between about 9 and 3, M-F Pacific Time, with remainder of weekly hours very flexible. What’s most important is that the job get done and arising fires get put out! We work hard to acknowledge client communications within three hours of them hitting our inbox.
- While you may be occasionally asked to help prepare projects for shipping, the vast majority of your work will be done from your computer.
- 1099 Independent Contractor
Responsibilities Include:
· Bringing your skills and authenticity to those with whom you work and the projects you oversee. Creative but unrelenting attention to detail is critical to the joy of all the pieces coming together.
· Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, to client’s specifications, providing daily updates to stakeholders.
o Handling all supplier and fulfillment center details of each project, from initial quotes to purchase order placement, to confirming on-time shipping. This requires maintaining excellent supplier communication throughout the project.
· Processing client requests,
· Bringing your ability to think and bob and weave while respecting well-developed processes, utilizing your determination to delight internal and external clients with projects shipped and delivered to meet client specs and deadlines.
o Create both client and vendor facing order documents, maintain comprehensive order documentation to assure exceptional client support.
o Create and maintain comprehensive order documentation
o Coordinating shipping and freight arrangements, providing clients with shipment tracking numbers.
o Tracking each order daily, as on-time delivery is critical to our clients.
o Managing supplier and fulfillment center relationships.
o Communicating with the warehouse team, ensuring on-time shipping and delivery, coordinating complicated requests and logistical challenges.
o Being proactive in identifying project risks and seeking assistance when needed.
· Flexibly and joyously attending to the finest details and methodologies to enhance current processes and expand our capabilities. Your desire to support our projects, our systems and a great attitude are critical to our success.

· Understanding that while we encourage our clients to plan ahead, sometimes last minute requests and emergencies arise. When they do, we happily support them by operating on very tight turnaround time and do amazing things very quickly.
· Becoming familiar and literate with Jotform, Shippo, and our proprietary shipping platform. Work seamlessly with our warehouse and fulfillment center team.
· Identifying project risks and willing to contact carriers as much as needed to assure on-time delivery. No shrinking violets!
· Working with team members to identify future projects opportunities, improve client service levels and care unwaveringly about our clients’ success.
· See all projects through to completion. We count on you to let us know what you know and see.
Requirements
- Crazy attention to details while also exhibiting great flexibility and a willingness to bob and weave with changing circumstances and sudden drama.
- Nimble thinker, willing to explore better operational processes
- Ability to see life from another person’s shoes. We LOVE our clients and supplier partners!
- Internally motivated and enjoy working independently
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be assertive yet unfailingly professional to assure terms and timeframe are met. (No shrinking violets!)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets.
- Ability and willingness to learn industry-specific software (We use SAGE)
- Order processing is done through Pipedrive and makes all the details a visual treat!
- Desire to be an integral part of something meaningful and fun.
