Due to a recent promotion, Lincoln of Cincinnati is adding to its already impressive team of Client Managers. Client Managers actively create new relationships while maintaining and deepen existing ones. Lincoln of Cincinnati Client Managers are the embodiment of genuine and luxurious hospitality. The ideal candidate will have previous luxury automotive sales and/or finance experience. This position is a single point of contact for sales transactions, handling everything from greeting through finance products, and delivery. Client Managers are expected to anticipate our Client’s needs and provide them with a customized and effortless ownership experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for clients throughout their dealership experience.
  • Ensure Client’s needs are anticipated and/or addressed in a timely manner.
  • Work in close partnership with Client Concierges, Lincoln Service Technicians, and other specialists to ensure there is a coordinated approach to our client’s day-to-day needs.
  • Act as a trusted financial advisor for Clients regarding the ownership of their vehicle.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's needs and ownership preferences.
  • Become an expert on all Lincoln products and Client benefits
  • Provide Clients with information that strengthens their relationship with Lincoln of Cincinnati.
  • Achieve individual sales goals determined by Lincoln of Cincinnati Leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Recent 3 years of sales, finance, account management, or hospitality experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass company background check and drug test
  • Satisfactory reference from previous employers
  • High school graduate, college degree in related field preferred

Compensation:

  • Salary plus bonus on sales department gross profit and individual F&I performance (Typical earnings between $60,000 and $100,000+/year)
