Our company is currently looking for a results-driven client engagement representative with excellent interpersonal skills to seek out and engage customer prospects actively. The primary responsibility is to build relationships with clients and promote the project’s progress. Duties:
- Identifying and managing numerous prospect opportunities in the industries to build value propositions, provide support throughout the sales process, and assist in the optimization of product offerings to maximize the impact on short and long-term sales
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations and be proactive to identify opportunities to engage customers in new research opportunities
- Lead the preparation, submission, tracking, and closing of quotations and proposal
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant applications and value propositions and the ability to effectively articulate these internally and to prospects and customers
- Collect market information/data (competition, pricing, new products, technologies, trends, etc.)
- Develop and implement strategies for key accounts, tenders, and strategic deals
- Make sales presentations to customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Be knowledgeable about the products and industry
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Experience using the computer, familiarity with office applications including Word, Excel, etc
- Confident, highly self-motivated, customer-oriented
- New graduates are welcome
- All Majors are acceptable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
