The Cleveland Clinic Florida's Population Health Institute is currently seeking board certified primary care physicians (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for the Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida practice location.

Cleveland Clinic Florida is expanding its primary care team to meet the needs of our growing population throughout Broward and Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties. We have several other opportunities available at multiple practice sites including Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital.

Successful candidates will have skills and expertise in all aspects of primary care medicine and will join a team of more than 40 established employed primary care physicians providing comprehensive patient care services throughout Florida's beautiful Southeast Coast. Primary responsibilities will include an active clinical practice focused on quality improvement, care paths and innovation in care delivery through a multidisciplinary team- based approach.
