Job description
MAIN FUNCTION:
Assist in daily office functions.
DUTIES:
1. Create and upkeep filing system for loaded storage and tank cleaning certificates.
2. Maintain EXCEL spreadsheet for loaded storage.
3. Maintain Con-term records for loaded storage.
4. Enter all STC INS into Con-Term.
5. Enter all 3rd party activity into Con-Term.
6. Enter all 3rd party estimates into their systems. (EWW, Seaco, Triton)
7. Assist Assistant Depot Manager and Depot Manager with various office duties such as scanning and filing on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to work closely with others.
