PTS is looking for a
Clerk to join our clients team located in
Linden, New Jersey. This is a 6-month contract, for immediate start. This will be a clerical/ coordinator role to support our clients Project Services department at a local refinery location. If you are interested in continuing your career in the Oil & Gas field, please review the details below.
Job Title: Clerk
Location: 1400 Park Ave. Linden NJ 07036
Pay Range: $25.00-28.00 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (60 hours per week)
12-hour shifts
Will require overtime as needed up to 60 hours per week
Duration: 6-month contact
Responsibilities:
- Primary role responsibilities with be to complete printing and distribution of hard copies for the Turnaround Lookaheads.
- Supporting the Projects department to ensure all clerical duties are completed as needed.
- Coordination communication with team members in and throughout assigned department, as well as additional departments as needed.
- Will work in office and onsite field as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in an office field as a Clerk.
- Must have a valid TWIC card
- Must have a valid Drivers Office
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors preferred)
- Must have experience using all Microsoft Office applications
