We are the Anheuser Busch distributorship for Sedgwick County, KS and distributor of local and craft beers in the southeast and south central counties of Kansas. Our portfolio is diverse loaded with the highest quality and best-selling products available. We need individuals that understand that it will require self-motivation and research to learn about our beers and non-beer products, and who can capably utilize the tools the company provides to them in order to represent our brands in a prepared and professional manner.

JOB SUMMARY: Deliver beer and non-beer orders in a timely manner, rotate products, pull-up and face coolers, build and merchandise displays, merchandise account leaving it in pristine condition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Kansas Drivers License and excellent driving record required
Must pass DOT Physical, Drug Screening and Physical Ability Test, good communication skillsExperience in sales, customer service or related fields desired

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

CDL License

Heavy physical work: lifting of up to 150 pounds, pushing & pulling required of up to 340 pounds
Work in adverse weather conditions
Work with minimal supervision
Neatly groomed at all times; clean, fresh uniform, steel toed black shoes and belt
Ensures the safe use of company equipment
Attends all training sessions as required
Attends all meetings on time and as scheduled
Attends work as scheduled - no unexcused absences
Adhere to Anheuser-Busch quality control standards at all times through stock rotation
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely service and follow-up
Adhere to all beverage laws of the State of Kansas

TYPICAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with customers at all times
Deliver all beer and non-beer orders, check case counts to ensure accuracy of invoices
Meet all time windows
Pick up breakage and out of code product
Stock, rotate and merchandise each account
Build displays with appropriate themed POS following our merchandising standards
Install permanent, temporary and custom POS as requested
Place or deliver banners as requested
Rotation, every account, every call
Ensure all authorized packages appear on the shelves and are faced
Coolers are stocked, pulled up and faced every account, every call
Packages must be maintained in clean, undamaged condition; breakage is traded out
Refreshes all displays every account, every call
Clean and check in truck
Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate and timely fashion
Conduct additional duties as requested by Service Team Leader
