Harrington Pepsi Company has a full-time opening for a Class A or B Delivery Driver in Helena, MT. We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and positive individual to interact with our customers and deliver and merchandise beverage products on an established route. Delivery driver routes vary depending on the day of the week, and they may be local or out of town. During the day, the delivery driver will work independently with limited supervision. Our routes are local and our drivers are home every night. We are interested in individuals with strong work ethic, customer service skills, and ambition to move up.

The Delivery Driver will work ten hours shifts Tuesday through Friday.

The Delivery Driver position requires kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling and bending when delivering and merchandising products. The job often requires the individual to work in small areas and climb stairs and steps.

The Delivery Driver position is a member of IAM (International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers) Union.

Salary range: $25.95 per hour DOE inclusive of hourly rate, pension contribution, plus commissions and incentives.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Delivery and merchandising of products on shelves, coolers and on displays
• Regular product rotation of existing store product and delivered products
• Providing additional service as requested by the customer
• Establish positive working relationships with customer accounts
• End of day complete paperwork, reconcile truck inventories and bank deposits
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years or older
• Class A or B license
• Adhere to DOT Regulations as required
• Must successfully pass drug test, background check and functional abilities test

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Sales and delivery especially in the beverage industry.
• Serving customers (e.g., resolving customer issues, ensuring appropriate communication with store managers, following through on customer requests, etc.)
