Job Description:
The CAD Drafter must have experience using AutoCAD. The projects will have a focus on Gas Distribution.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Prepare drawings from engineering and/or field markups
· Assist in file management, scanning, plotting and general drawing management
· Create libraries or cell/blocks
· Act with sense of urgency and drive to reach project goals
· Follow through on assignments with little coaching
· Demonstrate effective work relationships with all personnel
· ArcGIS Pro experience as a plus
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent judgement and ability to communicate technical information to client/team members
- Utility experience
Qualifications/Educational requirements:
- High school diploma, CADD Certificate, associates or higher is preferred
- Ability to work with designers and engineers
- Detail orientated and able to multi-task on multiple projects
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
