Summary
This key Director-level position focuses on delivering revenue targets, a world-class level of customer experience as well as recruiting, hiring, and developing an industry-leading cloud team. This role will work cross-functionally within ConvergeOne and across the Cisco partner community to promote and influence strategic product direction, drive competitive differentiation, and nurture a transparent, collaborative community.

- Drives revenue with Cisco nationally, working closely with our solutions and cloud sales team
- Manages the relationship with Cisco in the US, and help design activities to take the relationships to the next level
- Contributes go-to-market strategies including sales campaigns, account mapping, creating sales pipeline, driving go-to-market, and everything in-between
- Collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Solutions teams
- Harnesses data to measure (and find ways to enhance) the performance of our C1 and Cisco
- Shapes the future of C1’s Cisco Strategy as well as serves as a key contributor to the success of C1
- Builds a great network both internally at C1 and externally (Cisco)
- Collaborates alongside some incredibly talented commercial leadership: decades of diverse experience
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in partnership sales ideally in a B2B software environment
- Strong relationship and sales skills, knowing what we sell and how people want to buy using past experience from directly selling for a while and know what it takes to be a phenomenal influencer in partnerships
- Cisco knowledge is a must, ideally with a past of participating on the Cisco Partner Advisory Board
- Experience selling into large Enterprise verticals like Financial Services, Public Sector and Healthcare.
- Data-driven and highly analytical, able to tell great stories with data and can accurately report success and how it contributes to broader commercial goals
